In the first period the game was even as each team traded goals. The game's second goal came from a shot by Nathan Paetsch of the Trojans who drilled one in from the blue line as seen in the picture upper left. The Maulers got their first goal (above right) close in on the first period goalie Devon Osecki. Goal number three for the Maulers is seen below left and in the second period their forth goal dribbled in.(below right). After that it was pretty well a Trojan hockey game.
