Common Law versus the Axis Larry Fogg and Honourable Janice MacKinnon:
Madam Justice G.A. Smith finds SGI in Contempt of Court

human
rights

Sometime ago, I equated this government to the Nazis, and I am happy today to know that
Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI) has been found in contempt of court. SGI has
been breaking human rights against their insured victims(1) in the name of the Rule of Law
and it was time that justice could be reclaimed by the people.

contempt
of court

Therefore, we applaud Madam Justice Smith's statement that SGI's Regulations have been
found "ultra vires," that is beyond SGI's power and therefore against common law, and
therefore against human rights. We also applaud Madam Justice Smith's finding that SGI
was in contempt of court(2) when against a previous court's decision SGI's highest priests
and priestesses terminated the income benefit on behalf of victim Dale Collis(3).

Ron
Cherkewich

SGI's victim Dale Collis was defended by Prince Albert lawyer Ron Cherkewich who
immediately after Justice Smith's contempt judgment stated "This strikes at the very top
of SGI, right at Larry Fogg(4)(5), the president, and Honourable Janice MacKinnon(6),
the minister responsible."

Common
Law

The reclaiming of Saskatchewan Justice by the common people has a long struggle ahead,
but little by little we will be reclaiming our Common Law from this no-fault governmental
Rule of Law.
