The natural scenic quality of the village spaced out along the Valley adds to the park like environment but the community has several businesses with a hotel, food store, Co-op, service station and auction business. But the manicured lawns and parks identify this as a place of pride. The Legion has a large hall, there is a new curling rink and the sports grounds include a number of ball diamonds, a race track and complete rodeo grounds.
