The Beeland Co-op in Tisdale and the Co-op in Nipawin both have the same design concept and both attract lunch time customers by offering high quality "home cooked" flavoured and styled foods. Tisdale is somewhat late in developing the tradition of business people and a good portion of the public getting into the habit of "doing lunch". But the Beeland Co-op is definitely developing its regular noon hour clientele who are stopping in regularly to sample the lunch menu which can cost as little as $3.49 or as much as $5.98. Most days there is a line up for lunch and the dining area is usually full during the noon hour. But there are nine other places to have lunch in Tisdale, in the coming weeks we will check them out and show them to you.
