Tisdale : Each year parks and recreation adds beauty to the town's parks by doing up flower displays. This year's cold had slowed the process but today it was time to get the flower in place.

Regina : It has been in less than twenty years that Saskatchewan's railroad system was destroyed. It is important to understand that railroads are under the juridiction of the Federal department of transportation and their destruction and abandonment was essentially a transfer of expense to the province as trucks run on highways which are a provincial responsibility.
