Victoria, B.C. : The descretionary powers of government were severely curtailed almost nine centuries ago yet the fight continues to maintain a balance of civility and human rights. The present government is showing itself lease competent of having any descretionary power. Security Certificates quashed by Supreme Court 9 - 0.

Greenwater Provincial Park : This week's report includes an outstanding sequence of pictures showing a mirage. Life at the park centres around coffee time at the beach cafe and snowmobiling. But, at the Crawford cabin its all about wildlife, birds, deer, rabbits and a great picture of a porcupine.

Victoria : The Conservatives have put out another attack ad this one with a newspaper headline attacking the integrity of Ralph Goodale who was cleared of all wrong doing by the RCMP yet the Prime Minister is sticking to his false accusation despite the possiblity it was deliberately leaked during the last campaign and may have put him in power.
