Tisdale: Not only is the sidewalk sloped but it is left covered with snow and ice so that even young people find it treacherous let alone the large Tisdale population of seniors who daily have to contend with a hazard that could easily be remedied.

Effort to limit junk food in schools faces hurdles
US federal legislators are trying to pass a bill to eliminate junk food from America's schools using a Department of Agriculture bill but things are not going smoothly at all.

Tisdale/Regina: Using Windows Media player Ken has put together a slideshow of images created using the heat portion of the light spectrum. These very dramatic images were created using a Canon G2 camera and most were shot in Regina's Wascana park near the legislative buildings.

But there is more by putting their work before one another they are constantly finding new and better ways to make that special picture. This month's theme was farming.
