Almost Armageddon
Last Thursday the New York Stock exchange was as close as 500 trades from complete meltdown. It was triggered by half a trillion dollars in sell orders before trading and was only prevented by the US Federal Reserve providing $105 Billion in liquidity.

Though combat is supposed to be under NATO control the United States makes no bones about calling the shots and the direction the conflict is now headed is into the tribal area of Pakistan.

Smith River B.C.: Smith River airport is in the wilderness between Fort Nelson B.C. and Watson Lake Yukon. Built to support the war effort it remained in operation after the war. Allan Bird worked as a radio operator in 1961 and provides us with a picture of the tower and a Beaver on the strip.

Niagara Falls, Ontario: Not even in World War I was Canada to give over its control over its own forces and submit to the policies of other nations, yet the Harper government has essentially made the Canadian Armed Forces part of the US National Guard. Canada does not have any business protecting a drug economy Afghanistan or defending a US pipeline yet that is what we have had nearly one hundred Canadians die for.
