- Kipabiskau Regional Park
- Monday
September 21, 2009
by: Timothy W. Shire
Tisdale: Ensign was shut down this past week as we rebuilt and refurbished the office but today we visited one of Saskatchewan's most elegant regional parks. In many ways Kipabiskau rivals many of Saskatchewan's provincial parks with its upkeep and outstanding layout. Though we are getting into fall, Kipabiskau is still in summer. A remarkable cottage owner's paradise.

Tisdale: This year's harvest is staggering along. There is a wide spread in the time various fields were planted and it is a test of considerable magnitude for farmers to get it off in a timely fashion. Most years the crops are sequential from one variety to another as they mature, but this year we see wheat, barley and canola all being harvested as they come ready.
