The cancellation of the order of SeaKing replacements back in 1993 remains an enormous
problem as the government is now making the process turbulant and many feel trouble
for Canada's forces who will have to rely upon the SeaKing for some time. The change
to specifications could mean the obsolete SeaKing is better than what will replace
it.
