Tim's Tip of the Day

E-mail is one of the greatest modern tools even though the advertisers are making it harder and harder to use. But unless you can send a document as a "PDF" the only attachments you should ever use are "JPEGs". Sending "Excell" and "Word" documents as e-mail attachments is not only almost certain that no one will ever read your document, but if you receive an e-mail message with such an attachment and you are using a Windows machine you are wise to toss them immediately and not attempt to open such e-mail risking contamination of your system.

Ensign Notes

Where ever possible we try to support the opinions expressed on this site with references. These references are valuable as they often enhance the story and give you the opportunity to have more information with which to evaluate the opinion expressed. No attempt is made to depict coinciding opinions as we want you to have the right to make the final evaluation on validity, so very often articles here do not reflect the opinions of the editor.
