Tisdale : This better be good, with water costs to home owners going up exponentially (close to 300%) and pressure being a major dribble most of the time, Tisdale's water system is a serious irritent with home owners. On Monday, a huge undertaking began as the construction of a new treatment plant got underway. This story includes a video clip of the construction project.
