Tim's Tip of the Day
|
In order to complete confederation and
support a rail link to British Columbia it was necessary to have a productive
population on the plains. The Ukrainians who settled along the CN mainline
are responsible for making Canada possible and so it is significant in Saskatchewan's
centennial for workers to come from the Ukraine to work here in Tisdale.
A new cycle of renewal has begun once more. |
